c9903c59c8 Add support for timing using delta clocks (#97)
* Small correction to getConstantName. I swear this didn't work before, but now it does.
* Support delta timing in mkxp-z
* refresh Graphics.delta time at the start of update
* Speed up load_data
* Replace Input.count calls with Input.time?
